We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN EMBROIDERED OR PERSONALISED ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

The cost of returns are the responsibility of the customer, we strongly advise a tracked service is used as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items.
PLEASE PUT A NOTE INSIDE THE PARCEL WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
Please note that our returns can take 10-12 working days to process once your parcel has arrived at our warehouse, you will receive a notification as soon as this process has been completed and we have issued your refund or exchange

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalised item. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
1. You can place a new order for the item you require and return the unwanted item for a refund.
2. Return the item to Teamwear UK and request an exchange once the item has been received.
Once we receive your return for refund, you will be automatically refunded back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
